Everyone loves Cajun and everyone loves to hear the word “fast”!
Well, I have a simple recipe for you. You can prepare this in under 1 hour! It also involves using a blend of
Cajun herbs and spices.

Recipe:
Nonstick spray
Conventional oven
A sheet pan
Zatarain’s Shrimp and Crab Boil(the liquid)
1 bag of defrosted, medium-sized shrimp
2 sausage links of your choice
1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange, and 1 green bell pepper
1 bunch of asparagus
2 carrots
½ of a butternut squash
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Then spray the entire sheet pan evenly. Take your shrimp and emptying the entire bag of shrimp into a large bowl. Cut your sausages, bell peppers, asparagus, carrots, squash and add it to the shrimp. You can use any Cajun seasoning, but I prefer the good ole’ Slap Ya Mama! Season the shrimp and mixed vegetables to your liking. Pour two drops of liquid boil into the bowl and mix it real well. Spread the mixture onto the sheet pan evenly. Pop that bad boy into the oven and let it bake for about 40 minutes. Take it out and let cool for 15 minutes.
Mmm mmm m. Looks good! Man I wish shrimp didnt make me break out but I could always make an exception
